The Full Experience

The full demo — rope cut, tomatoes, and time to compare pieces. I show the main knives and tools, explain what each is actually for, and help you narrow it to a clean starting point. I’m flexible, but the hour is the fun version: it leaves room to actually talk, not just look at knives — and we’re never rushed.

  • The main knives and tools, in your hands
  • What each piece is actually used for
  • Gift and current-owner help
  • Every question answered
  • A clear starting point — you decide

Already know exactly what you want — a gift, sharpening, or your last one or two pieces? Text me and we’ll handle it in about 20 minutes. Otherwise, the Full Experience is the one to book.

Know before you book

What the demo is actually like

Here’s the whole thing, start to finish — so you can decide if it’s worth your time before you grab a slot.

The first five minutes

We say hi, and I ask what brought you here — your kitchen, a gift, or Cutco you already own. That decides everything I show you.

What I ask

How you cook, who cooks with you, what annoys you in the kitchen right now, and what you already have. No forms, just a conversation.

What you see

The main pieces in action — the rope cut, tomatoes, and the tools that match how you actually cook. In person you try them yourself; on video I demo up close.

How choosing works

I narrow it to a shortlist that fits your situation — usually one to three pieces, sometimes a set, sometimes “keep what you have.” You compare, I answer.

How pricing is handled

Site prices are a July 2026 snapshot. In the demo we confirm current pricing straight from Cutco — the same numbers published on cutco.com. No invented discounts.

If you buy nothing

Then you buy nothing, and that’s a fine outcome. You’ll still leave knowing what fits your kitchen, and we part as neighbors.

What happens after

If you do order, I handle it with Cutco and keep you posted to your doorstep. Either way I stay your contact for sharpening, service, and questions — for life.

My promise to you

Honest help. Your call.

If it's not right for you, that's completely fine — I'd rather earn your trust than sell you something you won't use. Lots of folks just want to see the cutlery and ask questions. That's genuinely welcome.

We can meet in person (Winnetka, Northbrook, Glencoe, Evanston, DePauw area) or hop on Google Meet or Zoom — your call, whatever's easier.

Leave your info — I'll reach out

No spam, ever. Drop your name and the best way to reach you, and I'll follow up whenever works for you.

A few things to think about before we meet

No homework — but a couple of these jotted down (or texted to me first) means I'll show you exactly the right things and skip everything you don't need. It makes our hour count.

1What do you cook most — quick weeknight dinners, entertaining, baking, grilling?
2What's one thing in your kitchen that drives you a little crazy right now?
3Is this for your own kitchen, a gift, or setting up a new place?
4Who else cooks at home with you?
5Anything big coming up — a wedding, a move, a graduation?
6Meeting over video? Join on a laptop if you can — the demo looks way better on a big screen than a phone.
